Meet Papa Pierre Paje-Mama Tita Gacias & family

Mama Tita Leander-Gacias, married to Papa Pierre Paje, is the seventh child of Sabiniano Galindes-Gacias and Margarita Leander. Sabiniano Galindes-Gacias was the eldest child of Pedro Gabiazo-Gacias and Rosa Pura-Galindes. Pedro Gabiazo-Gacias was the child of Nicolas Gacias and Francisca Gabiazo.

The children of Papa Pierre and Mama Tita (from eldest to youngest): Ignatius Pierre Paje II (aka, Jojo); Ma. Altea Victoria (aka, Ning); Patrick Pierre III (aka, Patrick); Teresa Pamela (aka, Pam); Agnes Portia (aka, Porsche); Paulo Noel (aka, Paulo); and Philip.

Adrian Sernadilla and Eden Gacias-Baliatan Nuptials

Eden (aka, Denden) Gacias-Baliatan was wedded to Adrian Sernadilla of Laoac, Pangasinan last June 8 at the St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Irosin, Sorsogon.

Denden is a geologist from the University of the Philippines and is currently connected with Energy Development Corporation of the Lopez Group of Companies. She is the youngest child of Engr. Calixto Baliatan and Aurora Guban-Gacias.

Aurora Guban-Gacias is the third child of Glicerio Galindes-Gacias and Salud Guban. Glicerio Galindes-Gacias, now 102 years old, is the fifth child of Pedro Gabiazo-Gacias and Rosa Pura-Galindes. Pedro Gabiazo-Gacias was the eldest son of Nicolas Gacias and Francisca Gabiazo.

Congratulations to the newly-weds. May our tribe increase!

Meet the Family of Papa Cesar Leander-Gacias. Papa Cesar (born November 25, 1927), married to Mama Lourdes Licup-Instrella, has twelve children. From eldest to youngest: Rolando (aka, Rollie), Maria Yolanda (aka, Joji), Margarita Nenita (aka, Nanette), Maria Teresita Socorro (aka, Maritess), Alberto Philip (aka, Abet), Angelie (aka, Angie), Oscar Roberto (aka, Bobet), Edgardo (aka, Eddiboy), Grace (aka, Jinggay), Veronica (aka, Venique), Raymundo (aka, Monto or Raymund), and, Michael John (aka, Jigger).

Papa Cesar is the fourth child and the first son of Lolo Sabiniano (aka, Sabin) Galindes-Gacias and Lola Margarita (aka, Titing) Leander. Lolo Sabin was the eldest child of Lolo Pedro Gabiazo-Gacias and Lola Rosa Pura-Galindes. And Lolo Pedro was the eldest child of Lolo Nicolas (aka, Lali) Gacias and Lola Francisca Gabiazo.

A Name Game

Inviting all members of the clan to post here

First, so sorry for the long absence. I was caught under tons of work the past weeks. Which unfortunately affected this blog and made it completely boring. Sigh.

To make up then, and to start the ball rolling, may I now invite all members of the clan to post here. That would for sure open a lot of avenues for all of us. Let us now turn a lonely one-lane-street into a twelve-or-more-lane expressway. Everyone would be in for surprises, most certainly. And it would be great fun.

What would you post? Well, write about yourself, your parents, your recollections of your grandparents, or stories about your ancestors. Post about your genealogical researches, share photos or videos of yourself and your family, the older photos or videos the better. Write about your life, your achievements, your whereabouts. Post anything about the blood that runs in your veins.
